Do skin whitening pills and soaps really work? Do they help creams work faster?

I am naturally pretty light( I am about the same shade as mila kunis naturally), but over the last 5 years I have tanned and have become darker. I tanned to where I was beyonces complexion, and I have lightened up to jennifer lopez’s by using lightening cream and exfoliating plus spf 50 sunblock daily. I want to be very pale like nicole kidman or yuna kim. I just purchased 500mg tables of glutathione and NAC, as well as diana stalder kojic acid soap. I have seen results with the cream, but I was wondering if the pills and soap will help me get back to my natural complexion or even lighter more quickly?

I like it more than creams because it uses natural ingredients and it doesn’t smell bad, and it’s not pricey. Also, it gets especially dark areas like your neck, elbows, and knees. Just use it daily.
You can also use Nivea Whitening Deodorant, which also works well, because it works on your pits which don’t always lighten like the rest of your body.

Smells good too
Keep using sunscreen. try to get the soap, it really helps.
Glutathione works reallly slowly, and is generally used for other reasons like bone pain. My sister used it and she saw results in maybe 2 months.
The soap is way faster, within 3 weeks, you’ll see results. Same with the deodorant. In the mean time, try not to focus so much on Your Skin color, it’s not that big of a deal in the end.
