does moisturizing make Your Skin color permanent EASY 10 POINTS!?
some on eon yahoo told me that if you moisturize then the skin color you have then is what becomes permanent. like right now i hacve a lik a tan..an dim trying to get rid of it….and if i moisturize will it become y permanent skin color??
im not saying i hate dark skin! i just dont look good with i..thats it!
No, moisturizer is meant to moisturize your skin.
It doesn’t make your skin color stay permanent.
I use moisturizer all the time, and I still tan in the summer, and then I lose my tan.
It’s normal.
